Thanks to those groups that provided submissions on the GIA Deed Review. You can now view the final summary of the changes which have been determined by the DGG following the review process. The new Deed will be available to view shortly.
The first review of the GIA Deed has now been completed by Signatories and a revised Deed will be signed early in 2017. The DGG has led the review process on behalf of Signatories and greatly appreciated the feedback received from both Signatories and non-Signatories as it has considered a wide range of potential changes to the Deed.
Overall, the review has not identified any issues with the current Deed that materially impact on the implementation of GIA. The changes identified are, therefore, matters of refinement or clarity, rather than substantive changes. There is no change to the scope of the Deed. Below is the final summary of the changes which have been determined by the DGG following the review process. View the revised Deed.
